Dignity c.1988

Dignity

Place this shell,
Inside a shell.
Bury it underground.
Listen closely,
Listen carefully.
Hear not a sound.
Memories linger,
Memories live.
Inside of the mind.
Love in you,
Love for me.
No one can deny.
Peace has won,
Peace has come.
From Earth now free.
My family all,
My family now.
Remember me.

Individual Allies c. 1997

Everyone be equal, today, as you
Touch me with silk, kit gloves, pay close, special
Attention to my ideals, they are ones
You may live by, otherwise anarchy
Prevails in free lands, masses of people
Align, not thinking, follow the ancient
Notion, might makes right, all war on others,
In names of gods, because of lineage,
Or even judged bullies, our tutelage,
Wasting, some who do not learn to please play
Nicely, earthly playground, so no one bleeds,
No other dies, no more till then, say when
There is enough red ground, on this blue rock,
For us to live on, together, in peace.
